Ruban noir does everything possible to ensure the conformity of products with your order; if, for any reason, a product would not meet your expectations, Ruban noir will promptly and efficiently deal with its replacement or free return.

All questions relating to delivery, non-conforming product or your own decision to fully or partially cancel your order, will be directed to the Customer Department (Email: You will receive the answer within 24 hours.

1 - Delivery

The delivery is carried out in accordance with your instructions in the section

Shipping in Metropolitan France is free.

In other areas, shipping is free for an order over 1 000 €; otherwise, a cost is charged depending on the country of delivery.

In Metropolitan France, orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. In most of other areas, delivery will be carried out in an average of 5 working days.

Ruban noir will confirm the order by email immediately after the order is completed. If a delay longer than the above commitments would happen due to a temporary inventory shortage, you will be immediately informed; in this case, you will have the option to cancel your order; you will then be refund within 5 days.

If , for any reason , you would have to return part of or your whole order, Ruban noir is committed to promptly manage the return at no cost for you ( from the place of delivery).

If the return is caused by your legal cancellation right, Ruban noir will fully reimburse all amounts paid on a very short term.

If the return is due to a defect in a product or the delivery is not in conformity with the order, you can opt either for the exchange of the product, if it is available, or reimbursement.

Reimbursement of the return products (unworn and in the original packaging) will be carried out within 5 days after reception by Ruban noir.

2 - Return procedure

Free returns are carried out by collection as follows:

You identify yourself on and select “My account”. In the section “Orders and returns”, you select the request of return, in connection with the order that you want to return. You tick the related items. We will send you a mail with the data of our provider, your number of authorisation with the necessary instructions and documentation.

You put the concerned articles, in their original packaging, in the delivery box. Please, leave the box opened until it be checked by the carrier. You add a signed copy of the return invoice inside the delivery box.
